COVID-19:Nakuru to deploy security,health officers at border points to ensure compliance

The county government of Nakuru has announced immediate deployment of Public health officers and security officers at border points to ensure compliance to the new directives announced by President Uhuru Kenyatta. Nakuru County launches fumigation exercise to contain COVID-19

The County Government of Nakuru has launched massive fumigation exercise on  businesses premises and walkways to contain the spread it COVID-19 pandemic. The exercise is conducted by fire fighters and officers from the public health department using the County fire engine. Riftvalley  Regional Commissioner George Natembeya has  revealed the formation of regional command centre in Nakuru for the COVID-19. COVID-19; 29 new cases,2 among them from Nakuru

It has been confirmed that 2 out of the 29 new confirmed cases of corona virus announced by Health CS Mutahi Kagwe are from Nakuru.
