Nakuru County launches fumigation exercise to contain COVID-19

The County Government of Nakuru has launched massive fumigation exercise on  businesses premises and walkways to contain the spread it COVID-19 pandemic. The exercise is conducted by fire fighters and officers from the public health department using the County fire engine. Gilgil traders fault county government for relocating them without consulting

Over 300 traders at Gilgil public slaughterhouse ha e faulted the county government of Nakuru for relocating them. The traders who protested the move vowing not to move to allow the relocation of second hand clothes traders into their land. Nakuru Governor Lee Kinyanjui has decried what he terms as a reluctant behaviour by Kenyans in taking serious the instructions being given by the government in the fight against corona virus.
